Use when a room is bugging you and you only have a few minutes.

I have 10 minutes to tidy [ROOM OR SPOT]. Here's what's there: [WHAT I SEE]. Give me one quick job at a time, starting with whatever makes the biggest visible difference. Keep each job under 2 minutes. When I say "next", give me the next one. I'll set my own 10-minute timer. When I say "timer done", stop and tell me what I finished.
